Drug & Alcohol Free Schools

The Board of Education of USD #329 Mill Creek Valley believes that maintaining a drug free workplace and learning environment is important in establishing a high quality atmosphere for working and learning for students and employees.  The unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensing, possession or use of a controlled substance or alcoholic beverage is prohibited in the district.  USD #329 Mill Creek Valley's Drug and Alcohol policies are intended to implement the requirements of the federal regulations promulgated under the Drug Free Workplace Act of 1988, 34 CFR Part 85, Subpart F as amended by the Drug Free Schools and Communities Act Amendments of 1989 (P.L. 101-226).
